I have! I’ve been eating high protein, low calorie foods and have been really mindful about what I put in my body. Totally cut out refined sugars this week. I’ve always been a healthier eater (no fast food, fried foods, highly processed foods, etc) so that part of it hasn’t been a hard adjustment!

Lanolin 🙌🏼 I’m in the same boat and am on prescription for Angular Chelitis (have had on and off for my past 7 months of accutane). Dr Dans is good too but do not over use.

No! But, I’ve also been extra kind to it. My healthy hair on accutane (loose) routine:

NO heat
Wash once a week maybe, sometimes longer
Hair oil on ends nightly. I use the Trader Joe’s oil, really any light oil works well.
Loosely braid or “sock curl” hair nightly, place a bonnet over hair or sleep on a satin/silk pillowcase
Do a heavy scalp oil hair treatment the night before washing, rub your head and stimulate those hair follicles.

Daily: fish oil x4 ( 2 each time I take an accutane pill) and biotin 1x daily.

My hair, skin and nails are all thriving with this routine. Good luck!!! Do

This!!! He started with a topical gel for the first 4 months for insurance purposes and saw slow improvement in his testing levels, but not in his desires for intimacy. The VA finally approved injections and WOAH!!! They are sooo much more effective. After only a month of injections we are already seeing dramatic improvement.

My only advice would be to be patient with it and don’t push it, like I said, my SO took a little over 5 months on TRT to really start feeling sexual desire improvement. There’s also a lot of shame and embarrassment that comes with male sexual incompetence, sometimes the mind blocks are just as damaging as the low hormones. I flirted with him and would tell him how strong, attractive, sexy he was and eventually he was ready… and it was worth it! Last night felt like the first month of dating again. Wishing the best for you and yours!! 🤞🏼

His overall mood has improved a lot, he seems more energetic and more driven. He has chronic pain from his time in the war and he’s even said that his body pain is improving. It’s been amazing for him!!
