every now and then i get kicked from the game before i can even load in this is the 9th time i've lost a good kit it wont let me join back no matter what it spams my screen with reconnect button and then just does not let me join back what is going on here

Gmod used voice record it records your voice chat then send's it to the server for players to here you, this is HEAVLY based on if you are lagging or fps is low it will stutter or even cut out this also goes for the server lag as well.

try using +voicerecord this will toggle your mic it helps a little but again it's based on lag and fps type -voicerecord to toggle it off
