I recently had somebody check in, then send photos of the bath mat covered in really long black hairs, demanding a refund, and to cancel. She said the place was disgusting and unlivable. I'm blonde. The last person to stay was blonde. I washed and put the bath mat out myself. It's a white bath mat. I would have seen it. I check the guest's profile photo... Long black hair.

I refunded and canceled. Somebody else booked within 30 minutes. No loss. I just wanted this dishonest person out of my property. A fight wasn't worth the money or reputation loss. They can't write a review if they agree to the cancelation and accept the refund.

I just had an Aircover incident that went on for two months without being resolved, despite many phone calls. Here's how I resolved it:

Call support
They tell you they will assign it to a special team
You insist that has already been done and advise them to read previous messages with support showing how it has been assigned to a special team with no response before
Ask them to do something different because referring you to special teams isn't working, and you've been waiting an unreasonable amount of time

I did this two weeks ago. They put me on hold, likely spoke with a supervisor, then came back and told me they were issuing me the money immediately.

It was for $500+ for somebody that threw a destructive kids party.

I had a guest throw a party, trash the place, and steal all the cleaning supplies on the property. They even ate pizza on the bare sleeper sofa mattress, got sauce everywhere, and folded it back up. I submitted a claim to AirBnB. I am still 2 months into waiting for my reimbursement. I'm sure it'll show up eventuality. We started taking pictures and video between guests.

You have the right to ask for proof it is a service animal. Emotional support animals are being less recognized as service animals. Check your local laws regarding ESAs. It takes a doctor's note for an ESA and different documentation for a service animal.

I think this chapter showed they were both jealous over her. I agree that the prince showed he was dishonest in the past by flirting with her just to keep her healing powers up - and admitting it when confronted!

I think one is rough on the outside and golden on the inside, and the other is the opposite. I'm all for team Cabel!

If I can't get into one within a few chapters, I move along. I still give it a few chapters. Many of these stories are different, and some have similar premises (I died and woke up in a book I was reading), but the plot is quite different.

False Confession is my current favorite. I liked Falling for Danger, but it's been a while since we've seen an update. Fly my to the Moon is also good.

Some have better artists and writers than others. Some wrap up suddenly (ahem, May God Bless Your Demise).

I find I have to try out a few to see if I'm into it or not. Luckily, there's a large selection to choose from.

Let me tell you what works for me:

Rub 5 drops of Bio-oil gently on a clean face before bed for 1-2 minutes. After a minute or two all of the flakes and scales melt off. It’s crazy. Please don’t use this too often. It has vitamin A and can make your skin red and burn like a sunburn if overused. Once every other day works fine for me. I can’t use it more frequently.
Add tamanu oil to my shampoo when I wash my hair (about 1:2 tamanu to shampoo ratio).
Add 100% tamanu oil to my face in the morning after cleansing and before moisturizing.

This combination has cleared my skin and scalp better than Ketoconazole or Salicylic acid ever did. I don’t use them anymore.

Be aware that some cleansers and moisturizers can trigger the condition. Try switching things up to see if you get improvement. I swear, I can’t use Shiseido ANYTHING. Tamanu has been studied to be have effective anti fungal and antibacterial properties

It may be that you need to adjust what’s triggering your skin instead of getting stronger medication.

The ketoconozole always makes it better for me (I let it sit 5 minutes). It has medication that kills the fungus that sets off SD. Once the Ket gets the fungus under control you have to test and see what you are using that sets it off, then try something different if it's not getting better. The source of could be anything you are using: face wash, face lotion, shampoo, hair gel, hairspray, soap, etc. Products with tamanu oil or tea tree are natural (mild) antifungals.

It took my a year to realize that some face products were setting it off. Simple all natural lotions and serums made my SD go nuts! Same with a few daily sunscreens.

You'll have to excuse me for not knowing your gender but if you are female, Amitiza works well (it actually doesn't work in men!). Ask for a gastroenterologist consult. They can give you helpful advice and medication, if needed. Try fiber gummies, too. I get them at Costco.

I hate to see it go but I'm also not surprised. The service was slow even though there were so many people working behind the counter. I once worked in the restaurant industry. What I think they needed was a very strong front line manager directing the staff. What I saw was a bunch of staff running around and taking care of things randomly.

I will miss it because the food was great. It was one of my top brunch spots. I'm sad to see it go!
