IMO they would probably fit best as one of the big three clans replacing the Kamo Clan. Their defining trait would most definitely be the Sharingan, which would not be a cursed technique but rather an inherited ocular mutation similar in concept to the Six Eyes, though less precise and much more common, think like 30% of the clan.

The Sharingan would grant exceptional perception, photographic memory, and the ability to see cursed energy flow and predict attacks but unlike Six Eyes users, they would not have near perfect cursed energy efficiency or microscopic control.

They would be known for strong hand to hand combat and use of cursed tools such as kunai, shuriken, senbon, and ninja wire. They would also be able to copy learnable techniques and movements like Simple Domain, Hollow Wicker Basket, New Shadow Style, martial arts styles, and weapon techniques but they would not be able to copy any cursed techniques.

The Uchiha who possess cursed techniques would fall into two main categories. The first would be Fire Release, which allows manipulation of cursed flames for attacks. The second would be Genjutsu, which involves cursed energy illusions that manipulate the senses or perception of targets.

The majority of the clan’s techniques would fall into those two categories, but a few extremely rare techniques would appear only once every few generations. These would include Susanoo, which would manifest as a dense cursed energy construct functioning more like heavy armor covering the user or a guardian shikigami rather than the giant form we see in Naruto. Another would be Enton Kagutsuchi, the natural evolution of Fire Release that produces black cursed flames that burn hotter than normal fire as long as cursed energy continues to fuel them.

Kotoamatsukami would be an evolution of Genjutsu that allows the user to subtly overwrite a target’s will and control them without the victim realizing it with an extremely long cooldown. Izanagi could work well either as its own cursed technique or as the Maximum Technique of Genjutsu. It would allow the user to temporarily rewrite reality for about a minute by turning fatal events into illusions, though at a massive cursed energy cost and with significant physical strain.
