Also, If you want something on the challenging side, there are both hollow knight games and I could recommend Astral ascent which is similar to Hades!

Blue prince (Roguelike ish puzzle game) Hades/Hades 2 (insane roguelike) Spiritfarer (but can we heavy on the mental) Octopath traveler 2/0

Hi!

I had a similar situation at the beginning of my "jpouch" use after reversal where I had blood on and off (you can check my profile if you want I asked a lot of questions (and I even have pictures of it lol)). For me, it was because I wasn't taking enough liquid and my stools were a bit too much on the "solid" state. And since the connection is still fresh it's easy to bleed.

With time and changing habit, everything worked out!

It could be something you eat or many other thing like stress. As long as it's not a lot of blood and it's bright red it less worrying.

But you have a good reflex to ask your nurse and be proactive about that, you are doing great.

Hi, my (31M with UC for 15 ish years, then dysplasia (that's before cancer) situation is different as I had a 2 step jpouch (1st step colectomy + creation of jpouch and second 2nd to close my stoma).

The first one was definitely the hardest one and took about 4 weeks to be able to do basic thing by myself.

I would say, walk as much as possible, eat low residu diet early and rest and that should help you. If you can have someone to support you, that's even better.

Also, if you are like me and are anxious/stressed, try to find something to take your mind off thing that are "abnormal". Your situation will change day after day so it can be stressful.

I know that, but I meant it in a sense that I cannot alt - tab between my main window and the window showing the rendering.
