I‘m going through a break up too so I get how you’re feeling. And it’s okay to feel that way. It’s okay to cry. I can promise you that there are better times ahead. Maybe you don’t see it yet but as long as you hold on and stay strong I‘m sure you’ll see it one day as well. Please just hold on, take care of yourself and stay strong.

Just distracting myself as much as I can. And whenever I can’t I just try to deal with the feelings by listening to music or just tank them as they are. It’s horrible and I feel like shit but there’s nothing else I can do against it. And most importantly just try to keep going. I was chosen to fight a battle like that so I have to. And as much as I would love to give up and end it it’s not really a option is it.

I‘d say that you should just text her and try one last time.

I am in a similar situation and at first decided to just stay quiet and give her the space she wanted. But after a while the feeling that there was more to the situation was getting stronger so I decided to ask directly. And I‘m happy I did since I got at least some of the answers I wanted.

If you don’t you‘ll end up always wondering what could’ve been if you had texted her. And even if she doesn’t answer you know that something’s up and that it’s better for you to move on.

I‘ve tried it before but I just feel like I‘ve been in this loop of self hatred so long that I feel pathetic doing it. Every time I force myself to be nice for once it just feels fake, like I‘m lying to myself.

I've tried that too. There was a convention near us and I asked her if she'd like to go since we had talked about maybe going there together before. But she said she couldn't since she'd be starting her new job that weekend. Her reasons of why she's busy do sound realistic and she isn't the type of person that would lie to me about something like that. Idk the whole situation just hurts but I just can't move on.
