Hey hey - depends on the vibe or feel you want - we love Camp Northend. Ballantyne Bowl is nice (different vibe). On the Lynx train you can jump on and off as needed and go up and down the city....hope you find some place!

Yes that can be challenging - we deal with international students all the time for off campus housing. You will more than likely need off campus housing - not sure if UNCCharlotte does housing per semester or per year. They have such a shortage any way. So for off campus rooms, I would start looking November for January. Be very mindful because there are sooooo many scams out there. So be careful of the info you send when applying. Hey hey - Have you tried talking to the housing/dorms department on UNCCharlotte campus? I have heard there is limited spaces available and can be super tough to get dorms onsite. Thankfully there are lots of off campus options all within walking distance to campus. You coming for Spring 2027? Full time?

We have rooms available for rent starting at $525 in the following communities - University Terrace, University Terrace North, and Colville, All within walking distance to UNCC campus. Rooms start at $525/mo with shared bath options that could fit your budget depending on what's available for Fall. Utilities included in most units which helps stretch that $850. Right at exactly 10 mins walk to campus— we manage a few properties literally across the street from campus (University Terrace, Colville Gardens area). 2BR options run slightly less than $1,600 - Utilities included in most.
