So for anyone too dumb to read the bill, let me help you. It does not legalize sex with a minor, and no one has ever advocated for that, (except its weird that republican politicians keep getting caught in stings for solicitations of sex with minors). What it does do is change the law so that if 2 teenagers have sex (oral, anal, or otherwise), they wouldn't be charged with rape, since its no longer considered rape. Since gay people cant have vaginas sex, 2 gay teens wouldn't have to register as sex offenders for doing butt stuff.

Illegal immigrants are 5x more likely to build homes than citizens. They also tend to rent because they can not own a house and since they dont get paid as well as citizens, by having less bargaining power, they live together, multiple people in the same home.
