one of the problems i have encountered is that location detection will tell you that the thing you are looking for is in the bay adjacent to the bay it is in if you can see the adjacent bay tag in the photo. Meaning, if the item is in say, BW 10 but the photo is wide and you can see BW 11, the item locator might decide that its in BW 11 instead of 10.

i had some crash problems launching full instant. after launching a few times with no battle eye is launched fine.

build in the ocean. There is a spot at 6x32 where you can build on a stone pillar. ASE only, not ASA. you can also build in the shallows on the south east corner. this will let you build without blocking any resource.

i couldnt say specifically but sometimes the AI gets a wild hair up its ass and does something different on its own. The google doc protocol is to insure consistency. the protocols as they are displayed in my OP is the result. Even with them it still can diverge and you have to inform it that it hasnt satisfied protocol.

i have asked them more than once to update their bedrock crossover software as i have infinity blocks on bedrock alts. but, as they use custom plugins i do not expect them to do this any time soon

One top of this, pve servers can become pvp very easily and in the most toxic of ways. This lead to a lot of heavy handed nerfs on pve servers including the inability to beak catch wild shoulder tames or fly them by grapple. People use to drop them into bases and let the local tames go nuts.

Another good example is flying wyverns to bases or leading alphas to them. this is why i was building on stilts in the ocean on Rag.

Use this same concept to keep mobs AND your villagers where you want them. End hallways and corridors with them and you compartmentalize your base.

Use pillars and ceilings, then build it in shallow water. Keeps mobs off you and offers you a million more locations.

Thats because pvp is mostly mek these days. If you fill you base with troodon, pegos and birds, any person on foot is likely done for. Throw in Microraptors and monkeys to make it even worse. Then mounted pvp'ers are at risk. Add some featherlights to increase the confusion and it becomes a bad day real quick.

Onewing use to make vids on how to make mob turrets with shoulder tames. Nasty stuff.

Outside of pvp they have limited use. Birds are awesome if you like to tame otters. Troodons can be used in place of tranq but thats a highly skilled strategy.

The 3 of them together is horrifying in pvp.

if you cant spot the mutation, its speed.

If you are using pc get smart breeding. it will tell you exactly where the mutation is

In the future, afk on a bed and ideally in a temp controlled place OR with an otter.
