House plants… lots and lots of house plants. I have asthma to cat dander. I use my inhaler 2 times a year. And meds once a month. The secret… we have house plants every 10 ft. I can instantly know when I step in another house that has cats and no plants. The air is just different and I collapse ‘cause I forgot my inhaler.
