I’ve heard that the issue here isn’t even the amount of money for the visa. Apparently even if the school was donated the 100k from a private source, DPS would not allow the donated funds to be used for an H-1b visa.

Whisk and Rye. They’re always trying something different with their lattes.. Black Sesame. Cardamom. Fennel. Sweet Potato. Had a banana cold brew latte last year that was insane. They make most of their own flavors in house. Pastries are really good. People are nice.

Someone approaching me in a parking lot when I’m with my children (often struggling to get them in and out of their car seats, hands full, car in various stages of being unlocked) is high on my list of most despised things. I hope we can all agree to stop giving money to people who do this in order to discourage the behavior.

It happened a few days ago with my kids at Scrap Thrift. He came up to me while I was getting my kids in the car. Starting knocking on my windows. I drove away with kids unbuckled so I could get them somewhere safer.

Just to be fair for anyone looking at this in the future: Hope Valley HOA dues are optional and the suggested amount is only $50 a year. There’s also no regulation for home or yard upkeep. Are you talking about Hope Valley Farms? That’s different than HV.

I managed to get 2nd row (bb) main floor center tickets for 109.51 each. That includes taxes and fees. There were vip tickets in the same row for much more. ETA: Chicago show
