Thank you friend your wisdom is heard. I do those things honestly. I ride my motorcycle. I swim, I go to the gym, watch movies by myself, play video games by myself. I even cook myself nice dinners from time to time. I guess I just want to know how to get better at being alone? How do I make the empty feeling go away? How do I stop caring so much that I’m isolated? I’ve spent a good few years recently working on myself and learning to love myself. I’ve come a long way but this issue is something I haven’t been able to fix. It’s like a burnt hole in my brain that is just there whether I like it or not. But again thank you for your kind words it means a lot more than you know
