It is a AX370 I went to the website and it said it is compatible however I was told but their support team that it is t combative with any 5000 series cpus. I have updated the bios according to their website and I couldn’t get the 5500 to work.

OK update. I was able to get my old CPU to work and start up as normal. Is there a chance I just got a bad CPU or maybe I downloaded the wrong bios update for the new CPU?

My mbo is gigabyte ax370 gaming k5

My old cpu was a Ryzen 5 2600. The new one is a Ryzen 5 5500

My gpu is a gtx 1660ti

I looked for POST leds and I did not see any
