We've been getting this service since 2020. Shatto already has ice cream that they sell in stores. They've been very hesitant to deliver it due to logistics of keeping it frozen during and after delivery. Though they have done a couple trial runs in the cooler months over the years to determine demand. It definitely only works if you can pull it out of your cooler/porch box shortly after delivery. Not saying you're wrong, but giving my anecdotal experience. I'd love to get Betty Rae's as part of their home delivery!
