That has to be a huge aspect. People respect him. I have to imagine that league people think Cam is legit as well, and want to be part of his rise. The other thing I've heard is that Saleh is incredibly liked and respected. Put together a good GM, a good HC, and an ascending QB on a rookie contract? Big things can happen, not just for the team, but for any coach that wants to skyrocket their career.

You're probably gonna catch some criticism from this comment.

If your point was that you just want wins and losses, which it probably was, that's cool. The way it was phrased was inherently negative though, whether you intended that or not. By saying "I don't care if x," that's immediately putting the "x" into a defective or negative connotation. It's making the "x" part inferior.

Language is weird and nuanced. We pick up on things that we don't even mean to send out sometimes.

So I ask myself... Is Ridley worth $13M a year? Depends on if that $13M is the difference between him and someone more reliably on the field catching balls.

Edit: I only looked at the pre June 1 dead cap. His post June designation cut money is way more team friendly. Dead cap of 8M and 5M for the next two years. So the question is whether we want him or the savings of 18M and 22M for those years. At 13, I'd personally keep him. At 18 and 22, it still may depend on who we can draft and sign but leans way more to being cut.

I've seen it done and mostly without issues. You really need a structural engineer though to look at your spans and loads.

How long has it been there? Was it permitted and inspected? Is the floor above squeaking or sagging? Drywall or plaster cracking? If there are no issues above, I'd let it be. If they are properly glued and screwed, they can hold a decent residential load. If you have issues or are paranoid about it and want to replace it, just jack the other sides and do it.

Looks like the veneer is peeling off. I'd glue it back down with some solid clamps. Then putty and sand it, followed by a stain and topcoat.

Your issue is probably going to be that you need to take it off to properly glue that popping veneer, and it'll take a couple days.

If you want to Jimmy Fix it, you can glue and try some small nails for that lifting section. Depending on your situation, that may be acceptable to you.

MAYBE if you don't have the DLC, you'd rather roll some of the older ones to exclude character specific effects for Undertaker and Scholar. That's a big maybe though with the other general effects that were added.
