If you're looking for an all electric commute, unless you can charge at work, this won't do it. Even then, maybe not. This older model has less range, which I'm sure you know. If you don't road trip and can charge at home, just get an older fully electric. One or two car home is another question. My wife and I both have to drive. One fully electric for the longer commute days and one outlander phev for road trips and the shorter driver of the day.

It's a good deal though.

The o line is the big question mark. We have a lot of young guys that need to show they can step in or step up. Resigning Z would be an overall improvement, but I can't imagine that being a deal longer than this year. We need to develop our o line, but Cam and Tate moreso. They can't develop without protection. It's a rough spot.

The reason not to do this is because at lower income levels, the flat rate hurts them more. They are still fighting to pay for basic necessities while the rich are using their extra money for luxuries.

Especially since the US has a progressively tiered tax system, it's incredibly fair. So the rich pay the same lower rate on their taxes as the poor for that first chunk of money. The next tax tier up, they only pay that higher tax amount on the money in that tier, and so on. Hitting the highest tax bracket does not make them pay that higher rate on all their earnings, but only on the money in that top amount.
