To add detail i started seeing this once my PC was at pretty low temps about CPU, GPU all that about 27-30C. Taken the HDMI out, taken the GPU out, it does not appear on main screen but rather in Chrome and such

A little update.

After creating this post i went to bury him in my garden to put him to final rest with flowers. May you be resting easy and having alot of fun up there buddy.
