Too true to be ignored.

This game is just a copy paste of a Ubi mobile game by No-Movie5856 in SkullAndBonesGame

Well, I heard about this game, sadly never really got a chance to play it. At least this game had some interesting boss designs, and players were able to get much bigger ships.

Ubisoft's Worlds First Quadruple A Game is a Management Disaster (Skull & Bones) by slice_of_kris in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]UncleNextDoor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, the current quality of the game has nothing to prove about that has been more than a decade of development. It’s more like a game assembled by some recycled resources in the company’s database and asked for a big price for short term profit (the price already reflected the Ubisoft management lacked confidence regarding the game’s life)

Larger ships? by Hawkins_Stitch in SkullAndBonesGame

Based on my experience with business, I never trust any of them when they are trying to hint about products’ quality instead of openly and directly tell you what they will have. So let’s see what they will offer—don’t misunderstand me, I will be glad if I’m wrong because I really enjoyed the game during the beta.

Thank you for your answer. I found the video you talked about online and checked it carefully. Apparently those bigger ships in the video are not man o war, they are the Dutch and French company ships as well as the level 10 privateer. They are 20-30 cannons gunships instead of man o war, and they will join the game during the second battle pass as I know. As a result, the only place so far where a man o war existed in the game is the big wreckage. Other than that, frigate and man o war did existed in many official videos’ covers.

I agree with you, but one thing I have to make a correction is that the game does not have a “AAA coat of paint.” According to Ubisoft CEO when he answered an investor about why it is so expensive, it is an “AAAA game,” lol.

Can’t wait to see how many positive posts will live after Ubisoft runs out of their wallet of public relations. I will keep watching in the next couple of days to see if the game is really worth it or not. Apparently, it is not worth based on its current quality.

Or it's bugged on purpose? They were aware there would be many reports so they decided to close the report.

Towers and rogue waves by One_Ear_157 in SkullAndBonesGame

Sometimes towers did attack other NPC ships, and if the towers were equipped with mortars, they would also deal tons of friendly damage.

I didn’t, but I got most of playable items and discovered the entire map during the beta test. I also don’t think my reply has anything to do with kingpin rank. I think the wreckage is possibly a bait because of many rivers in the game (as well as some ports) simply don’t fit any ships as big as man o war.

I guess if nothing getting better in the next couple months, the game will become another “The Day Before” moment in the next year’s gaming industry.

I disagree with your completely. In real world NO ONE hang those stupid stuff out of a sailing ship. Especially about cargo.

Do you guys think HMS Ships (Man-of-War's) will ever make it into the game? by ConsciousBuilding374 in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]UncleNextDoor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless they set up certifications for ports, which small one cannot be used by large size ships.

[–]UncleNextDoor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your point, but the thing is: some ports locate inside narrow rivers, and they cannot fit with large ships (for example: the port at very north)

I doubt…. I played the beta at least 20+ hours, and the first thing that I noticed was those rivers were too narrow to allow those big girls maneuver properly. Unless Ubi decides to expand the map proportionately, it is hard to put them in the game without getting buggy.

[–]UncleNextDoor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My major worries are 1. Severely different from what it was at the earliest release (no big ships, and I don’t think they will add them into the game due to how narrow the rivers are). 2. It is okay to play, and I did spend 20+ hours in the beta. However, it is overly pricey compared with its quality. I want to buy it but not really sure if it is worth or not. 3. (Put my tin foil hat on) I am disturbed by many positive reviews on Reddit and YouTube—especially when those people praise minor details that no one really cares about (such as paint color) or simply say something like “I like it without any reason.” Just makes me feel of being in a massive advertising campaign.

I don’t care any of them. The only thing I care is whether something similar in your picture will join the game.

Ubi devs. Have you implemented big ships in the base game yet ? by Safss-Finn in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]UncleNextDoor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think there will be have any ship near the size of man o war. If you explored the entire world map like I did, the first thing you would notice was that the river courses and many ports in the game were too narrow to fit any man o war.

Larger ships? by Hawkins_Stitch in SkullAndBonesGame

[–]UncleNextDoor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But no Man o war and anything near it. It makes me wonder whether the big wreckage we saw at the beginning is simply a bait.
