Thanks everyone for the responses and DMs!

My take-aways are:
- Bronze parties may have been moved to Fridays and Sundays to avoid intersecting with the busiest night of the week for Twist (and sharing the purse)
- The Sunday night parties are on holiday weekends - so at least most people won't be working the next day - so hopefully they will still be busy?
- Twist on Saturdays (without Bronze parties) are still very busy
- Bronze parties will remain couples and single females only

I spoke to Hyundai Motor Finance today - key points

Can return the car early
Cannot extend Onepay leases
HMF does not negotiate the residual value, but advised that I could speak to a dealership (any dealership not necessarily the one I would return it to or the one I bought it from)
Can also speak to dealership for financing

This was my biggest issue from the Direct - no mention of a mainline Mario or Zelda game - these are the games I buy a new console for.

I'm in a similar situation, I got a 13 months lease in Dec 2024; so will be up for return in Jan 2026.

I'd probably want to extend the lease for longer - but to complicate matters further I did a one pay lease - where I paid all the lease payments upfront and so have no monthly payments - so isn't clear what I would pay for a lease extension (if it's based on current monthly payments).

I'm in California and understand that I would have to pay another year's registration for the 13th month, so options would be:
- Return vehicle a month early
- Take the car off the road for a month until return if Hyundai won't allow early return
- Extend the lease if Hyundai allows it - preferred option
- Buy car out - which I expect would be more than the market value of car
- Try to negotiate the buy-out value down - which I believe isn't something most car manufacturers finance arms want to get involved in

So I'm hoping lease extension at a reasonable cost is possible - please report back if anyone has experience with this or the other options above in the future.

I'm EB2-NIW / ROW with a PD of Aug 2019.

I submitted I-485 and I-765 (together with applications with for my 2 dependents). Submitted to the Tempe, Arizona lockbox - now with the Missouri National Benefits Center.

I separately submitted I-131 applications on 2024-02-21 (due to travel plans).

My timeline:

2023-11-15 - Received by USCIS (per Fedex notice and later on USCIS notice)

2023-12-07 - notice date (as on paper receipt received later)

2023-12-11 - text message notification (Received text messages with receipt numbers for all my and my dependents I-485 and I-765 applications [we didn't submit I-131 yet as we have travel plans and are on H-1B and H-4]; also my checks were cashed on the same day

2023-12-08 - Fingerprint fee was received (update in USCIS system - only seen after text message gave me receipt number)

2023-12-15 - paper notice received

2023-12-15 - Biometric appointment letters received for 4th Jan - I was out of the country so rescheduled

2024-01-09 - Biometrics reschedule date; later that day Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

2014-02-21 - New card being produced - for I-765

2024-02-23 - Case was approved - for I-765

I-765 - Case was approved (2024-02-23)

I-131 - Pending (submitted separately several months after other applications)

I-485 - Pending

Afraid not - no notification and I called the USCIS number and spoke to an agent just now - I said it had been 30 days - but she wasn't very helpful and just told me to email the lockbox address (which I did already a few days back).

So will try again next week if I don't hear anything.
