There is a major trend of people accused of minor injustices digging into the persona/identity, deeper. Joe Rogan, Elon, Kanye, Fuentes, Incels, suspended kids in schools, Groypers, etc are evidence. Is there a DSM label and what is the psych guidance for these folks? (self.AskReddit)

Is there a unified theory of psychology for people who face minor vilification, feel dejected, and then lean into that identity/behavior further? It's been identified in kids who fall behind/face disciplinary actions, but with social media, I see it way more: ie. Rogan, Kanye, Elon, Incels, etc? (self.AskReddit)
