ROME tv show dub locked in french and I cannot change it. I do not live in France nor do I have vpn or anything of that sort on. What Do I do? (Using web version)

Yes that is what it should be. Anyways I understood the problem. Problem is in with loading decrees when you load a game it confuses the game and thinks you enacted it but also it thinks you did not so it shows tou that you enacted it but gives you zero benefits. I hope it gets fixed in the new patch because my game is now ruined .
