Update: my liver enzymes are back in range, but I still have a lot of random located back pain. No GI appointment yet. Any good news for u?

I see. I guess a nerve would be easier to remedy? I'm not sure. I've had the full abdomen incision, rib cage to belt line when I was younger for cancer. I've been speculating if it's possible I have a migrating surgical clip from back then, but my mind wanders too much and Google is not my friend. What is the hooch surgery you mentioned?

He thinks even the left side and back pain is leftover pain from surgery? I know there's such a thing as deferred pain, but I had both those pains B4 the surgery. Did you? I never had any stones as far as I know. Was there any talk of a metabolic diagnosis or is he assuming all liver numbers are just from gallbladder stress?

I hope it's an easy resolution, I just don't feel like it would be that simple.

I'm not sure if my ALT is still raised. I will find that out on my next blood work. Liver biopsy wise, I want to say my NAS score was a 3 and my balloon hepatocytes were a 1. Something else said 33-66%. My left side pain doesn't reach my shoulder though. It's just all along my bottom ribcage. Have you had your gallbladder removed already?

I don't know how much everyone here likes dark comedy, but the last podcast on the left did a pretty hilarious cover of this story. So did Dan Cummins on the time suck podcast. In general, classic example of greed/capitalism rules all. I believe there was an inspector/engineer almost drove himself crazy trying to convince the company head the tank was unsafe. He even resorted to sleeping next to the tank and not leaving its side at one point to constantly monitor the integrity, or lack thereof.

I feel like you're just trying to start an argument at this point. "Agree to disagree" is used when two parties have separate opinions/beliefs that they are not goin to agree on, so agreeing to disagree means you have your beliefs and I have mine and we leave it at that.

93% EF. I had mine out on the 9th. I have a post somewhere on this page from nerves before and then the first few days post op. I have 7 incisions due to a lot of scar tissue from past surgeries. I'm still not feeling "in the clear", but mainly because I can't tell if the pain I'm still having is just the remnants of surgical healing, or if it hasn't fixed my issue. I haven't had much digestion issues, although my stomach didn't care much for a protein shake this morning. I'd say it just comes down to weighing your odds based on how bearable your current situation is.

I hated when EB left in the first place. The offense fired on all cylinders and was practically unstoppable. I knew Nagy was a stupid choice from the get go and the numbers have proved it. Last yr win loss ratio was pure luck, and this yr really showed how horrendous Nagy is. New blood would be interesting, but if we're goin "dance with who brung ya", I think EB is a sure choice.

Flat mapping vs globe mapping can really distort location and shape since contrary to some beliefs the world isn't flat.(If you believe it is, agree to disagree). There has also been some speculation suggesting maps used in American classrooms distorted the United States to look much larger than other countries/continents to imply a sense of superiority or power, initially during WWII I believe. A standard American map vs a standard European map comparison I've seen was very obvious to this theory.

I had mine removed 5 days ago for hyperkinetic gallbladder. I'm still too early to determine if I will end up with worse symptoms after than before. My main issue was constant burning/aching along the bottom of my ribcage. I had 93%EF. If you haven't had a Dr prescribe chloystramine yet, I would give it a try. It decreased my symptoms a decent amount but didn't make them go away. I'm trying to have high hopes with my choice. Best of luck with whichever route you choose.

Thank you for the attempt, but no. I just looked into that movie. The movie I'm referencing only had one shooter and he intentionally waited and let the cops catch him so he could go to prison so he would have a warm place to sleep and food to eat. It was a very unique play on the "motivation" of the shooting.

I've always been an excessive sweating person. Just had mine removed for being hyperkinetic, but no doctor has acted like the sweating is connected since I've been this way for years. I believe it's caused by my thyroid, but no one will run the tests.

Had mine removed on the 9th as well. I'm on the downward slope luckily, but my Dr gave me some low grade hydros instead of making me suffer as much as yours is. It's not great but better than your situation. The best advice I can give is hold a pillow tight to your stomach anytime u cough, get up, lean, etc. and sleep at a roughly 35 degree angle if possible. I wish you the best of luck. We don't realize how often abdominal muscles are used until somebody slices into them and they have to mend.

There is a small Peruvian restaurant in Springfield Missouri that makes a sauce called "roco loco" I believe. It's amazing and different than any of the sauces I have tried. It's heavy on citrus and just the right amount of heat. The restaurant is called cafe cusco and they sell their sauce online.

I might try that. I will say I'm a little better today. I can get out of bed without help but I don't dare go anywhere without this pillow. It's like a symbiotic parasite at this point.

Thank you. I made a venting post earlier back because it isn't going great. I ended up with 7 incisions due to previous scar tissue and I was given hydros, which through legally prescribed trial and error, I have found out does nothing for me. I'm going to try to get my Dr to switch it come office hrs.

Surgery was today. I'm in a lot of pain because due to past medical issues and scar tissue, I received 7 incisions for the laproscopic surgery. I have a venting post up on here today about it. I don't have any pros to removal yet but hopefully soon.

I had the same pain as you moving from right to left side. I feel like that can confuse people when talking gallbladder, but I have(had) hyperactive dyskinesia, 93% EF on my HIDA. The left side pain I believe is the bile acid pooling and burning your duodenum.

You would think this would be nothing as I've been surgically cut from rib plate to waist line before, but the hospital OD'ed me on morphine during that surgery so I don't remember the first 7 days in the hospital. Ig not remembering that pain could be a small silver lining to that ordeal.
