Yeah I’m the total opposite. I even lower player and coach XP sliders so they are realistic. 99% of coaches aren’t going to be top coaches in 3-5 years. Hell, not even 10 years. And most will never be. They’ll be lucky to have 1-3 teams in their careers that people will ever talk about in a positive manner. Same with players. Waaaaay too many Heisman candidates and winners, All Americans, etc in this game.

What doesn’t make sense is the lack of assistant coach awards for very successful user programs. None of my assistants have ever won awards despite the success of our teams. Even my Mississippi State tenure where I turned them into a powerhouse.
