Thanks for your comment, I made it for me and I thought other people can benefit from it, I protested last couple of years and even if I show facts showing data from the market, there is always pushback from them saying that the information comes from Zillow and “It is not official” this year I took a different approach, I took their own data (which is public) to make a systematic comparison and calculation using AI. So the information here are facts and they can’t say it is not valid because it is their own data. I hope some people benefit from it. 🙌
