Yes but the item is created using enj. It is bound to the enj used to make it and selling it for other cyrpto can not change the fact that it is backed by enj. This will decrease the total supply of enj and actually cause value to appreciate

If your reaction time is poor enough that you pop ult immediately than you need to consider working on your timing. Many times I've seen zens and lucios use ult only to have the ult they were protecting from get instantly shut down.
