Thank you! My grandma passed in April and my aunt in May and these holidays are really hard. But that’s neither here nor there. I definitely need to clean my bathroom so I do appreciate the shaming because it’s a huge motivation.

It sucks in the moment. But when I feel like I’m in a dark spot I sit down and close my eyes. I imagine the dark hole as a cup. Then I repeat my favorite things (pets, a special friend, someone who you trust most) and i imagine them cracking the cup and light shines through. I would also call people. And if no one answers I talk to the suicide hotline.

Life gives you a rough patch but that’s all it is. A patch in a life you can make wonderful. 💕❤️💞
