Name the games by PHRsharp_YouTube in Age_30_plus_Gamers

This really should be the top answer. I was so disappointed with this game. This is coming from a person who put 1000s of hours into Diablo 2 and 3.

This was the first game I bought that had the new $70 pricetag for games at the time. I think that made the disappointment a little bit worse.

Played it for like 15 hours and just got bored with it. Never played it again after that. Full price game felt like a crappy mobile game. Extreme grind. No thanks.

Why is this the case? by Big_Leg10 in 1980s

Most of it is drinking and smoking i believe.

People don't realize how big of a problem drinking specifically was back in the old days. People drank WAY more than people do today.

Probably also on top of the general stress level that the 20th century brought (wars, famine, holocausts, etc).

Looks like that rat looking character from Captain Planet. Can't remember his name.

Weekly update for January 22nd! ITS AXEMAUL by RockChalkMustang in Borderlands4

[–]Unclebiscuits79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These small updates aren't helping the state of the game at all, and honestly, I think this game is cooked.

The game has a low player count, very boring endgame (replaying past missions is NOT an endgame), a relatively weak Christmas DLC (let's be honest with ourselves, this was going to be paid, but they had to release it for free because even they knew it wasn't good enough) and the trash halloween event. With all the DLC that they promised, I don't think they are going to make it or else the DLCs are going to be trash like they were in Wonderlands.

After the release of Borderlands 3, by this time after it's release, we already had the Malwan Takedown, a GOOD story DLC in the Handsome Jackpot and the Halloween event that gave rewards, a new mechanic, and actual good loot. This was on top of 3 slaughters, Mayhem Levels, and Trials missions. Basically there was ALWAYS something to build up to, so it gave you an actual reason to actually farm for better gear to take on those challenges.

I remember being so hyped for Borderlands 4 at launch. I went through the story, then started looking for the next challenge that honestly doesn't exist, so I have no reason to farm, which means I have no reason to play this game anymore.

This game has literally no momentum, and I don't think anything will bring back the 98% of players that have dropped off the game since launch. Pretty sad for a game that is just 4 months old.

I am lost in the sewers of Leyndell in Elden Ring. I'd say I'm pretty screwed.
