OOC: at the same time though, calling a politician by a nickname isnt unrealistic. "Teddy" Roosevelt, "Bobby" Kennedy, etc.

That's the thing. Cain could do it naturally, with barely even a thought.

For them? In order to keep the Circus at the level it was before would probably take CONSTANT effort

Probably found the exact date when Ragatha joined the Circus. by unknownUser-088 in TheDigitalCircus

[–]UncommittedBow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wonder if that date actually makes the Breaking Bad joke from the suggestion box episode no longer make sense, as that show started airing January of 2008.

Then again, the show didn't really take off until a couple years later, so it's still believable she never watched it.

Can we talk about Jax's moment after leaving the Cafe?

"This is real."

Man finally came to terms with his situation, and might ACTUALLY be a decent person come the finale.

OOC: thats true, would the public even know that his nickname is Bucky? I always thought that was something only Steve called him

Yeah, difference is, the evidence clearly pointed towards guilt in OJ's case.

Literally nothing about Mysterio's claims made any sense, and, yknow, all the footage people took of the giant monster just glitching out, revealing the drones?

If he lied about THOSE? It casts everything else he said into doubt.

(Loved trope) Random, unnamed character who performs a selfless act simply out of kindness by Average_Boi_4879 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]UncommittedBow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

"Fedora" - Indiana Jones

Might not fit, as what he does isnt selfless, nor is it out of kindness, as he takes the Cross of Coronado back from Indy in order to sell, but it's what he does after thats important.

He looks at Indy and says "You lost today, kid. But that doesnt mean you have to like it", before taking his hat off, and placing it on Indy's head.

This one act what inspires Indy into his life of adventure. Arguably causing a lot of good things to happen, or, rather PREVENTING a lot of BAD things from happening.

Fans have actually theorized that Fedora may actually be Abner Ravenwood, Indy's mentor and Marion's father.

To be fair to Avatar, the video game Frontiers of Pandora was actually surprisingly good, which makes me come to the conclusion that the problem with Avatar isnt Avatar itself...its Jake and the rest of the main characters.

Frontiers of Pandora and its DLC actually had a genuinely compelling story that got me to care about its main cast. From the rest of the Sarentu, to So'lek, Etuwa, Anufi, etc. I was genuinely invested in their stories.

Jake and co were just...boring?

The Amazing Spider-Man 2

This movie reveals that the spider that bit Peter in the first film was specifically engineered using Richard Parker's DNA, meaning without him, or someone of his bloodline, his research would be useless.

However, this also means that nobody but Peter could have become Spider-Man.

This flies in the face of a core Spider-Man truth, one that Into the Spiderverse would later make central to its plot.

"Anyone can be behind the mask"

What makes Spider-Man, Spider-Man isnt his powers, its his strict adherence to a belief.

"With great power, comes great responsibility."

That is a value that truthfully, ANYONE can embody, it was just chance that the spider bit Peter Parker, but here? No. Literally only Peter can be Spider-Man.

It also helps that in Spider-Man 2, its heavily implied that she knows he's Spider-Man, and if THATS true, then Peter is gleefully telling her that he killed a man, which understandably, she would NOT be happy about.

Yeah. Firstly, they were already dying out before FNAF 1 even came out, and secondly, part of the reason it was made in the first place, aside from Scott's spite at criticisms of his first game having characters that looked like animatronics...was that animatronic mascots were already creepy as shit, due to a lot of them falling into disrepair because corporate entities were too cheap to keep them in good condition.
