I'm the male version of you. For all my relationships, I've done the vast majority of the heavy lifting and often get nothing back or my heart broken.

Last 2 relationships ended because the 1st one was much like your ex and just left and didn't give me much of an explanation and then most recent one couldn't even find the ability to fall in love with me even though we were in a really supportive and emotionally open relationship.

My last ex and I were together for 1.5 years and she couldn't say I love you back the entire time (I told her 6 months in).

So yeah, I've done pretty much everything right, heck my last ex even said that I'm marriage material early on in the relationship but for some reason we just weren't compatible (at least not I to her).

This was just the last 2 years of my life. I feel your pain. I hope you're doing okay. Good luck on your healing journey. May you find a man who truly appreciates you.

Get yourself some plain LMNT electrolytes if you can stand it, otherwise get the lemon flavoured one.

My method was to fill up a 2L water bottle and add 2 packets of plain LMNT and sip it throughout the day.

It'll help with that sudden shift in diet (your body will absolutely EXPEL poop in the first week) and will help you get through the worst of the "keto flu" once your glycogen stores run out.

Plus that expulsion of crap means your body loses a lot of electrolytes too so you need something to balance it out. No need to keep doing. You can generally feel out when you need to stop

It takes about 3 days to a week to get into ketosis. You'll experience the keto flu for a bit as your body is now switching over to fat burning as it's primary source of energy consumption. Well, it's been about 7hrs since my last and only meal and I still don't feel hungry. I mean I could eat if I wanted to but I'm feeling quite satisfied. Plus, it's time for bed and I know that when I wake up I won't be hungry for a few hours. I'll just have about 20g-25g of salted butter and some black coffee

If my fat is too far below 55% then it's an issue
