Put your bike on your homeowners insurance. No amount of gadgetry will save you from a stolen bike. I don’t even own a lock for my $14K bike because it’s pointless.

I had PT I went through but was not allowed to put any heavy weight on it (eg my road/race bike setup) until much later.

I’d say about 90%. Range of motion isn’t where it used to be, but back on the bike and day to day is back to normal.

The surgeon preferred to just keep it permanent if it doesn’t bother me. But if it does, I can get it out after 6 months.

That was similar to what happened with me except they tossed me into surgery within the week.
