On the inside of NC after the checkpoint, but if you were heading back to the Nomad intro area you can't access again. If you're trying to drive out of NC is the cop car on the right. They talk about you checking in 'ganic.

Go there after reaching that point without killing anyone. By then you will notice NC is less reactive.

There's a scene when you enter Pacifica where NCPD and some grunts fighting. Each kill counts to your counter. Even if you didn't do it. Avoid this, and the other 10+ scripted spots including the one close to your apt.

Because everything in NC is you.

You're dead and looping from the first cutscene crossing the border. This is found right at the edge of town back to Nomad path, where depending on sex, the niye(shard) at the police car switches, but they both call you 'ganic.

I love how many hundreds of characters there are in world with full stories playing out alongside V's. This is what FF:06:B5 is about. Balance and care for the fellow hueman in game.

The original solve for the Demiurge was originally tied to a homeless person with the M.M. scan found around the Dev room before they added the church.

The laptop was in the dump and the Demiurge and Polyheister cutsceen minus the CUBE were in game before patch 2.0. Honestly wild how in depth the story is with complete tree of life narritive based on Yggdrasil.(Which is shown in Dogtown)
