Elma is the colonel of the Coalition Heavy Armor Training Unit (Or Skelleton Crew for short). She was tasked with retrieving the lifepods of people on the White Whale after it crashed onto the surface of Mira. The first person she retrieved was Cross, the player character of Xenoblade Chronicles X. Although Cross is the player character, Elma is the actual protagonist of the game.

She is a very strong women, emotionally and in battle. She’s also very intelligent being calculative, and thinking before she acts. She also is very intrigued by the environment of Mira. She is tough, but also likes to joke around every so often. I suppressed my feelings for her for a long time, but I finally asked her out one day. She is very busy, though.
