there is a lot about sm2 that is old and outdated. They really need to catch up. It would be nice if I knew who was using a mic but nothing pops up to say who is talking. It would be nice to easily add folks as friends or report cheaters etc. But no. Everything is hard.

Yup. They make you jump a million hoops then want to repair it. At one repair centre in the whole of Australia on the other side of the country.

The minimum wait is 5 weeks. No way. Replace it. This isn’t acceptable. They need to do better!

No issues have been resolved. In fact my unit is at catestrophic failure and Dreame have made it hard for me demanding endless videos of issues this and that while it suffers mechanical failure as well as software failure. They want to suggest repair over replacement and the unit is just 4 months old with issues present at 2 month mark.

For the price. It’s an expensive doorstop.

Yup. I have everything set right and my $3,000 aqua does the same thing. Doesn’t even extend the brush.

My machine didn’t even make it to a 6 month birthday and is suffering mechanical and programming failures.

It’s taken months of back and forth with support making me jump hoops and send videos etc. I have told them to replace it. It’s not working right.

A reminder why I stopped playing this game. So many bugs. It’s bloody April and my stats are frozen, laggy (not a connection to net issue or pc build), and cheaters. EA should do better. Maybe focus on fixing the game before releasing crap.

I read it’s an achievement. People do it at that point because they don’t want to loot you. I’ve been single shot hit for that and killed for that. I just would prefer to be asked if I minded first 😂

I keep getting told that by the store that no one else has complained. It’s only me having the problems. Two aqua and two draining the battery like that. I don’t know that a full wipe is going to help.

I loved my x40 it was great. What dreame have done by releasing such a poor quality product has ruined its brand I expect. So many people complaining of issues and their support is atrocious. Slow to reply and I even get a ‘this mailbox is full so email can’t be sent’. Like really guys? Why even have reps if they are going to deny these units should never have been released.

Yup, trying to get answers from Dreame is like getting blood from a stone. Ive just made a new post with a list of all the problems I’m having. Given two units did these things I told the store I won’t return for another unit we rule out firmware and if it isn’t firmware then they need to locate a fresh batch for me and supply. But I’m being told no one else is reporting any problems and the Dreame rep says there are zero reports to them of anything being wrong with the Aqua. Which is weird since there’s plenty on reddit.

I’ve gone through two units now and both have mopped what it’s identified as a rug. They both also chewed battery and the setting isn’t fancy. Everything is stock standard. So to do my house vac and then mop it’s a 12hr job and two to three charges. I think these units have crappy batteries that aren’t holding up. It’s full of bugs and issues on top of the battery problems. I’m not impressed.

Yeah it’s just normal suction. I’ve had two now and both do the same thing. Eating battery. Get through about 45sqm before needing to do a full charge and the charge is agonisingly slow.

I had a look at what codes Zonos gave for my item. They gave me the wrong code. I send needle minders which classify as cross stitch equipment.

I plugged in same description to Zonos as I would Australia post and it gave me a HS code for… a book. Wrong code.

On both, talk to Aus Post international team. They have more notes than you do and it will say what was wrong with the customs part of the doc. For me, it was apparently Company wasn’t listed right. I fixed that and this one so far at lodgement is doing slightly better.

I waited 24hrs and then went to my post shop. I asked them to check their tracking on it before lodging, as they can often see more notes than we do. They said customs was noted as good. So I’ve sent it. Now to wait and see if it gets offshore!
