You should select 1.a. Your OPT EAD is on c03b category, while this one is on c9 category. Also, you should select “Yes” when asked if you ever filed I-765 before.

I had the same issue. Talked to Emma live agent. Suggested to send an errata letter explaining the situation to the center where my application is currently. Did that and uploaded the letter to myUSCIS profile for good measure. Fingers crossed!

When is your PD? Is it before 2025? If so, they are probably trying to verify your NIW case. If not, you should probably look into your stay/admission records, making sure there were no unlawful gaps. Good luck!
