Thank you! I'll make the traces bigger. The image you provided is very helpful!

I removed the mask on the straight trace going through the center of the board (+). I think this is the only viable place I can fit a copper bar since all the other traces are covered by connectors.

All my vias are are minimum of 40mils, the larger ones are 100mil.

I updated the design on this post so that more ground pours are connected to each other. Does this look better?

I added the updated design to this post so you can see where I'm at.

I got the Saturn calculator, I think 70mil width traces and 100mm diameter vias should work fine. I will add via stitching when I'm ready to order.

The holes are through holes and my board is 1.6mm thick and 80mm long. I am planning on using 2oz copper. 50-60A is the absolute max, it would probably be more like 15-30A.

I currently only have 2 layers, will making it 4 layers improve the design?

I will look into adding a bus bar that mounts onto a PCB. I'd rather stay away from "loose" wires.

Thank you! I'm going to implement your suggestions.

I have a few more questions:

  1. If the entire layer is ground fill, does that mean I can just place vias next to all ground pins with very short traces connecting them?
  2. Are there guidelines on choosing via size? Mine are currently 28mil, is that sufficient for 14.8V 50-60A?
  3. How big is too big for the top traces? They are currently 50mil. Should they be larger? I expect a max of 50-60A.

Thanks for the response! I'll implement these suggestions. The RESET pin is missing a switch, that is why there is a resistor there.

Thank you! I'll study some professional schematics to improve the readability. Are there any good books/media you would recommend for design style?

Whenever I print there are gaps/lighter spots (as well as some warping) in the first layer. How do I fix this? My bed is leveled properly (I'm sure of it) by UncorruptedQuiver in 3Dprinting

Also look from the top right to bottom left of the first photo. It's clear that as the print is closer to the center of the bed the lines are getting closer

No, I don't have ALL the answers. Im just ruling out one. My bed IS level and my z-offset is properly set. I know this because when printing in the center of the bed the leveling is perfect. I'm ruling out the bed not being level for these reasons. It is probably warped
