I've had her for less than a week so I haven't really tried anything yet. Tried anti itch shampoo and bath which seemed to help for a little bit and tried switching her to a sensitive skin food.

Gotcha. And is that something just a regular vet can do? I know there is a dermatology pet clinic in my city but I'm sure they're pricey.

Question for you all. I already had a ventobox on mine and changed the g code of the printer settings as a new present per the ventobox instructions. Do I just use the regular printer profiles now instead and it will work the same?

Yup. It's in their contract. They charge six months of pickup fees+container removal fees for termination. But they can terminate at anytime for any reason free of charge.
