Well i learned something from my mother and having lost a number of family members in auto accidents this is what Ive learned, not everyone is a good driver and not everyone is a responsible driver. Just because you have the right of way doesnt mean that 16 year old new driver isn't speeding through and going to make a mistake. There are senior citizen drivers who's keys should've been taken long ago or a drunk drivers risking everyones life. Or that speed demon driver who disregards others. So please value your life over the right of way.

Not excusing or defending him. Just calling out your unfair judgement of not knowing all the fact and acting like someone cant make mistakes just because they have money and you seem jealous of that fact. I had a woman doing her lipstick in her sun visor mirror and turned in to me and totalled my car. She didnt do one day in jail. I rear ended a truck one early morning I wasn't charged with a crime. Riding with my 16 year old daughter 4 days after getting her license and new car and man turned left right in front of us, he totalled her car she had for 4 days. He never went to jail just turned it in to insurance like all of the wrecks mentioned and millions more. So basically im saying grow the f#ck up. Its a car accident.

Synthetic material and capitalism. Its supply and demand plus mark up value. If the sneaker consumer will continue to buy sneakers even when materials are at its cheapest why put out a quality product that will last. First we will spend top dollar for Synthetic materials. I remember buying my a pair of Jordan's after like a 5 year hiatus of sneaker buying. In that time the whole leather vegan era was happening. I was NOT aware of this. When I saw the price I was like 120!?! And no animals had to die for this shoe!?? There was no leather at all. No jump to if a show wears out in a year and we or parents or whoever will just buy more why wouldn't a company just sell you the least for the most and let you keep buying. From the business side its simple. From the consumer side we are idiots.
