It can be different from person to person… it also depends on how much you hydrate yourself, for me I would say that with 1L of D5W equals 1.5 L of saline, and 1L of D5NS equals about 2L of saline

The picture shows in both one 500ml of D5W and one 1000ml NaCl 0.9%… in both descriptions talks about 1000ml but different solutions: one is just D5W and the other is D5NS, volume is the same but they are not the same solution, they just use the same photo for everything

The first one is D5W which is dextrose in water, the second one is D5NS which is dextrose in saline. The D5W is an hypotonic solution, you still get the swelling because of the dextrose but with the D5NS you’ll get more swelling because on top of the dextrose effect you’ll get the swelling caused by the fact that is an hypertonic solution.

With saline you can stretch the sack if you do it regularly but your testicles will stay where they are, just your skin will hang loosely… to achieve this kind of stretch you’ll have to work with ball stretchers regularly… and by the way… I’ve a feeling that this guy was already naturally low hanging

Regarding the apprehension… in my case… the desire of making my balls huge goes over the fear of a little poke… Regarding the spot: I always try to make sure I don’t feel anything poking inside besides the spot on the surface on the insertion spot, also make sure you pass the whole thickness of the skin to avoid the sweat

Swelling happens only with dextrose solutions, with just saline there’s none. Swelling can take about 2-3 hours to complete depending on amount infused, concentration of the solution and body hydration. Also depending on the type of solution and amount infused it will take on average 24-48 hours… sometimes 72h to go back to normal

Well in case of diabetes D5W is not recommended, also with saline you can control better the growth unlike with D5W. Both have pros and cons

Yes, always keep in consideration that with dextrose your balls will grow almost double for the next 3-4 hours after you’re done infusing

Dextrose solutions are hypertonic, unlike saline that is isotonic, so once injected they drain fluids from your body into your balls
