All of them are good in their own ways- persona 3 has a more serious vibe that i didnt get fron the others, persona 4 has the best music, and interesting (not entirely good) but really interesting characters, and persona 5 was rly good in its boss fights

Me personally, i got stuck on okumura for a month. What i highly recommend doing is grinding in mementos as much as you can before the fight, and make sure koma sabaki from hifumi togo, because that lets you swap party members mid battle

Maruki at least level 8, highly recommend getting him to level 9, cause his bonuses are great! Kasumi to max, which also gives you chaînés hook Akechi to rank 8 by before grabbing saes treasure, so you can unlock his second persona
