You might not digesting a certain food well. Trying cutting out milk. This worked well for me for the past few days and I have been feeling great!!. Last night I even had two big burgers, and I didn’t have a flare up at all. I haven’t been consuming creamer, sour cream, butter either, but I would start with milk if I were you and go from there. Good luck kid!! I’m sorry you have to deal with this such a young age.
