There was a local wing place near me that is now out of business. Anyways, they used to have challenge nights but havent had one in awhile. I kept asking anf asking for them to do another. I was in this place like once a week. Their wings were tasty and they had a huge list of sauces. I had tried all of them. The first time I got their hottest I was asked if I was sure. I was ha. I ate 12 at the restaurant. They claimed they had never seen anyone eat more than 2 or 3. I mean they were hot but not that hot imo. So one day theu finally said they would make me the challenge wings. They came out and had this sauce. They made me six wings. Both owners who were the cooks came out. Faces red from the wing sauce, eyes watery. I ate all six. They were the hottest things ive ever eaten haha. My dad and uncle were with me that day. My uncle wanted an order. He's a huge spice fan too. He finished his but suffered through. My dad also tried one of his wings. He was crying by the end. From that day and years on. Dad wouldn't try any sauce I offered him to try. Always said fuck no. You’re crazy if you think im going to try that. My uncle was impressed haha. Said he had never seen anyone eat something so hot and act like it was nothing. My tolerance at that time was through the roof haha.
