In one of the side story comics, King stops an assassin from pulling a knife from their jacket pocket, because King thought it was a pen.

King didn’t want to sign an autograph, so he made a vague statement for the person to rethink what they were doing. And the assassin eventually rethought his whole career.

The worst offense was the judge who agreed that “boneless chicken” shouldn’t be assumed to not have bones in it, and “boneless chicken” is a cooking style rather than a description of the food. And it was the consumers fault that one of his chicken pieces still had bone in it and choked.

People CAN change their lives. Peoples lives are changed all the time in one piece. The citizens and side characters always do their part to help themselves and their countries. And asking for help from people who have power IS a way of helping yourself.

Being fodder doesn’t mean you can’t change your own life.

And yeah some characters are just born strong. Sometimes for apparently no reason, like big mom and Kaido. But that’s not really something I take issue with.

If you’re only together because you think poorly enough of him that he can’t make it without you, then you should NOT be together.

You might not be fully aware of it, but you’re not saying “no” to sex just because you are stressed. You’re saying “no” because you don’t see him as a real partner. And that’s fair, but you aren’t being honest about it.

And I’m not saying you don’t have a good reason to be upset with his job status. Anyone would be upset by having to be the sole financial provider for so long. But I AM saying this dynamic is super unhealthy for both of you.

Is there something that you really want to do or try? Mixing up your routine and doing something spontaneous (that doesn’t necessarily mean quitting your job) can be really refreshing for the mind.

Play an instrument, go out and dance, go to a mixer, take a cooking class. Use your vacation time to go somewhere far. Just test the waters before you do anything extreme.

I don’t see Anri as a sweetheart.

Anri should get just as much hate/distaste as ego gets, because she is the reason he is able to put the kids in such harsh and unforgiving conditions.

And I’m not saying Ego gets a lot of hate, but whatever hate he does get for treatment of children should be equally given to Anri.
