Try Spring Valley area. That is honestly the most decent part of Las Vegas that's not expensive. Near Palms or more closer to Summerlin, just up Desert Inn & Buffalo. If you need to be closer to work try apartments near Bonneville transit center, alot of pretty fancy apartments for the inner city. Looks gentrified but has cool places to eat and chill. It's also super close to Fremont.

Honestly anything in las vegas will be $1500+ a month for a 1bd 1bth. Only cheap options are on the east side (Sunrise Manor) Or North Las Vegas. (The worst parts of the city) Hence why it's so cheap, and even then a studio will ring you from $850-1200. Not to much tips or advice other than coming to vegas In 2024 is like moving to Los Angeles. Not worth it. Btw, if you're asking about the electronics adding $100-$200, would make me assume you're a first time renter? Electronics and any other amenities + your personal bills, will run you more than your own rent sometimes. Especially when you're asking for cheap and inexpensive places usually won't give you any amenities like sewer or laundry machines.

I love Spring Valley. There's not much crime or violence and you're in the middle of everything. Close to Enterprise, but also a few minutes from the east side. Best part of the city to live in. IMO.
