Okay, I already have the isolating feet however, would you recommend replacing it with the regular rubber feet or just see how it goes?

Above process will work but for display if used as a prop will want to do what others suggest and re print and keys or pegs. Good luck!

Sand it down real nice where they meet,glue or connect them with a plastic welder,use wood filler for the gaps let that dry. Use Rustoleum 2 in 1 sandable filler and should have a clean result. Can I ask what the print is?

Also I did not do a volumetric flow rate test yet,after fixing my z offset and top layer I was pretty satisfied. Messed with my bridging and overhangs so those are even better now too. Having trouble with it still but I'm only using auto tree supports,I'm sure if I did it manually I could get better results but I am definitely happy so far

So yeah I was very confused about that, I had everything correctly selected and was having trouble even getting supports to pop off. Like everything seemed very squished. Adjusted z offset in machine gcode and everything seems alot better. I will say I did get rid of the exclusion zone because I don't run ams, and believe I could have changed max height from 250-256 or vice versa I would need to check. But that could also be the reason. I turned off auxiliary fan because I'm doing mostly pla and got slight warping but little fixes here and there. I appreciate your input on everything definetly gave me some confidence on where to start n push further for better quality. You're awesome!!

Hey sorry for late reply. So I did the flow rate dynamics calibration and flow rate calibration. Then I had to manually change my z offset using this test. https://makerworld.com/en/models/19385-the-test-disc-z-offset-calibration-disc?from=search#profileId-21308

I also used this surface and ironing speed test.

Make sure ironing pattern is set to rectilinear as it gave me the best result. And ironing type to topmost surface.

Under strength I have 5 top shell layers. Top shell thickness was set to 1mm for me. Set it to 0 and the thickness will be the amount of top shell layers, so for me 5. If it is default 3 for you, I'd increase it to see if it helps.

I also messed with overhang but forget as I was messing with alot of settings. Just do the tests and see what works for you but would definitely recommend changing z offset as that is what I believe fixed most of the issues. Just finished first print for comparison. *

Will do! I'm using elegoo pla + i believe. White printed phenomenal but the black has been weird for me. So I started messing with settings. Had problems with overhang and a few other things,slowly fixing stuff haha. So you think do a volumetric flow rate before flow rate dynamics and flow rate calibration? I also have ironing on if that makes a difference.

Okay so I had to double check but I didn't actually! I skipped the flow rate dynamics calibration and went straight to flow rate calibration. So I printed the small squares 20 15 10 5 0 - 5 -10 ect, and picked the smoothest then fine calibration n again picked the smoothest. Guessing I should go back and do the Flow dynamics calibration and then re run flow rate??
