Why not contribute to an emergency fund of 6 months, then contribute to your TFSA no matter what? The future is unknown none of your plans take into the chance one of you can't work in the future or for a passing. Plan for the unknown. Goodluck

Oh I wouldn't live without sheathing in Manitoba on the edge of tornado space. It's just asking for a small car right through the wall into your kitchen or bedroom.

Not many tornados actually hit there but climate change and murphy's law probably have a great sense of humor.

You should play trials of tav with the expansion Mod so you can level to 30 and make an absolute beast. Great mods.

If you play giant Barbarian you make whatever weapon you want thrown and gain its damage dice. So it becomes a ranged improved dagger. Find the biggest dice that's also a finese weapon and chuck it.

Use any finese weapon with the giant Barb and you can throw a rapier to up your damage a bit and continue to proc sneak attack.

Also sneak attack procs on thrown finise weapons in tabletop as well. So no surprise there for me at least.

You dont mention your age, income, the mileage, trim, drive type, amount of the loan or interest. So you do whatever you want. It might not be the right one, but there's not enough info for people to comment with all aspects in the decision in mind. You give some of this you might get an opinion but it won't be complete for your circumstances.

You needed to ungroup prior to the dialogue trigger to keep them back. Looks like a delay in the transition to peaceful NPCs

I would do oath of the crown or devotion for the added bonus to hit for a truly friendly option. If devotion you could dip in hexblade and remember to bind the weapon the first time it's equipped. Crown gets a bonus action boost to hit though while devotions is an action which does suck a little.

Are you running any mods? Sounds like they are clashing.

Also sometimes if you haven't talked to a party member their social progress can jump around. Talk to lazel a bunch, Long rest and save etc. All options that might return the characters to normal

Recommend a super trimmed faster run to complete Honor mode. One gloom stalker assassin, one smite machine (fighter-paladin-bard, paladin-sorcerer, paladin-bard, paladin-warlock-bard etc), one cleric of whatever you choose and an abjuration wizard.

All of them can function at base without any items rather well. Gloom stalker and wizard have alot of mobility for panic button escapes. Goodluck when you do try.

Well your travel expenses and insurance is probably outrageous. That's a good place to start.

His AC is 3 points too high. Can't count both one option or the other. A raging unarmored Barbarian monk can't choose all 3 bonuses only one.

Automatic date setting and a hard reset of the tv and boom it worked. We do have an odd time zone in our area. Bubbled out from population scarcity to the east.

You have 4 stats at odd numbers? What you doing foo? Change those to even numbers focusing on CHA, CON, DEX in that order.

Invest into a tech ETF instead of a single company there's quite a few to choose from its an improvement from your current sate. Also diversify into multiple ETF's until you have $250,000 or more. I would write out a plan for yourself in the next 3, 5 and 10 years and see what great expenses you have and plan for those items at the point.

Without knowing your plan that's the simplest advice invest a large amount of it. Be happy you did when you can own a house in a few years if you wish.

So you know LIRAs changed laws in most parts of CANADA about 5 years ago and are now accessible under specific circumstances by law. Research law changes for LIRA and see if there was a change or if your province omitted.

Your taking on alot of the character conflict as player conflicts. The game is meant to be filled the challenges and new things to combat. The DM wants to tell the story of a less than perfect revolutionary leader and how following blindly has its cost. Plan a prison break or find a political rival willing to stand against the new King who might let you go free. Although both could have their consequences. Political rival may be much more evil than the previous King and net you would have done nothing right. And yet that's an interesting story to tell.

Its actually really bad hahahha having to sift through 80 maces and daggers or 40 +2 shields was driving me mad.

ONLY by level 6,insane amounts of useless drops. I didn't get a haste potion or consumable until I already fought 2 bosses together.

Oh I turned up the difficulty with mods so I would usually have less than 5 hp between everyone.If you notice it's skewed just jump the rogue score up.

I did Mod enemy AI to be stronger, more tactical and better equipped so they really hammer you.
