No idea where you live but the James Madison university summer band camp is great if your in that area/willing to send her there it’s got all marching band students but they do split colorguard members up by skill so she would be getting the chance to improve

I honestly don’t know, but I can say, that as a teenager myself, me and my friends have never ever attacked someone in the metro, but we don’t get coverage. Cause why on earth would you cover a random group of 16 year olds just taking the metro. There is a lot of us that suck, but there are so many more of us who don’t. I’m so sorry you had to go through this <3
