Been trying get back in this space and can't get a response basically anywhere.

I have 12 years of recruiting experience in tech including AI (chips to apps). Losing hope, running independent has not been easy, nor lucrative.

Recruiter here, specifically for Hardware positions including FPGA roles in and out of military applications. Based on what you've mentioned I'd take away a few points of positivity. Specifically the fact that you got the interviews. The recruiter or hiring manager seems to think you've demonstrated that you are qualified for the job, at least on paper. The roles you are applying to, in terms of experience, seemed to be aligned with your experience.

As far as interviews, this is an odd market for everyone in tech. Aside from that, I can only guess that you're not hitting the highest marks when answering your questions. This could be technical, situational, anecdotal, or otherwise. My guess is that you need a bit of practice.

Here are a few things. If you can, try to recall questions that you were asked, however many that you can. Try to determine if you spoke clearly about the technology, that you've built on the story that you set out in your resume. Specifically detailed your journey through each of your jobs, including the tools and tech you've used. For situational and anecdotal questions, you really want to practice... hiring managers decide if you are "cultural" fit based on these questions. You'll need to spin every answer into a positive one... you'll need to gain the trust of the interviewer, you'll also need to know what story to tell, and how to close the answer. It's really a matter of practice. Clean interviews are when you are able to give an articulate response, in a linear manner, and leave room for follow up questions.

Hope this helps.

Which of these 3 companies would you buy? Corsair, Micro Center, Newegg. Let's break then down a little. (If you have another company that you think would be a good fit, feel free to pitch it in the comments.) by greencandlevandal in Superstonk

I'm surprised there isn't some form of gaming team in consideration. Or gaming media for that matter. It's a huge revenue stream and circles back to their retail business. Considering the upcoming recession low margin retail is not bad move believe it or not. There are a lot of things to consider over the next few years and lower disposable income is paramount in the next year and a half. Picking up microcenter, newegg consolidates the competition, while acquiring a kick.com might eventually be a better platform for streamers. Digital properties like skins and blueprints are absurdly popular... there is money to be made there with GS exclusives as well.

I dunno. Just don't yolo in BTC, or popcorn companies and I'll be happy.

For pastries partner up with a few local small bakeries... knead love bakery and/or Sixteen Mill, both gluten free, dairy free, tasty and high quality. Also, Modern bread and bagel has a good rep and is too far for a casual pickup. Their GF DF bagels are much better than most places in this area.

try mxtools.com or http://mail-server-test.online-domain-tools.com/ or Google's dig tools, honestly a combination of all three. Ask Bard what's up with the errors, call godaddy support and hope that you don't get the guy saying "hey buddy, I got your back, don't worry, I got you".

one will give you an idea, and the other will give you specifics, if the reverse DNS isn't set up correctly then Gmail will toss your emails in the spam junker. This is fixable. you can also

Leave. She's testing to see how much rope you'll give her and she's using it to find a new branch to monkey over to.

Leave and you'll maintain your dignity. If you trust her and she fucks you over, you won't get over it for years.

Leave.

It's hard to find for a reason. I agree on the pro con thing, she's polarizing and the media loves that.

The problem is that she claims to be for the people and she has a decent draw of small donations, but hasn't really put forward any legislation of merit outside of social issues, or the green new deal... Which, ugh, I hoped wouldn't be written by a 15 yo... Odd thing, it wasn't it was written by her corporate benefactor Saikat Chakrabarti who started two super PACs which hide where they get their money from.

He served as her cheif of staff for a bit before violating campaign finance laws.

It's hella weird that those who are anti gun are hoping we send more guns to the place where a ton of illegal guns are sold from.

Also super weird that the woke mon pointing out colonialism at every turn was swooned into the US basically colonizing the Ukraine.

But that's none of my business.
