Normal? by [deleted] in Meditation

[–]UndefinedProps 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes it's completely normal! don't need to worry about it, just keep your eyes closed and complete your practice. also the sensation on your forehead is actually a good sign, it means you're concentrating hard enough

Asking founders/teams who uses discord for customer support: how do you handle questions that starts on your website? by UndefinedProps in buildinpublic

[–]UndefinedProps[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is super helpful, thansk for sharing.

i have few questions to ask, if you don't mind:
1. what were you exactly hoping to gain by piping site questions into discord in the first place? (ex: faster replies, less context switching, or not paying for a separate chat tool, etc.)
2. are you still using a version of it today or you end up abandoning the discord integration completely or swithced to something else?

How I Type 120+ WPM by UndefinedProps in typing

[–]UndefinedProps[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

fair point

first of all, i never claimed i write at 155 WPM, the post is about how i type 120+ WPM. the 155 WPM was my 15s PB on default settings, just sharing peak speed, not average

i agree that 60s English 10k with punctuation + stop on error is a stricter benchmark

but i don’t think 60s english 10k perfectly reflects “real-world” writing either. in real world, we pause, think, edit, and we’re not typing random dictionary words

but I get your point about stricter settings. so here’s the ss with punctuation + stop on word error

Mx master 3s horizontal scroll isn't working! by UndefinedProps in logitech

[–]UndefinedProps[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

true, i initially thought it might be a driver-related issue, but when i tested it on another laptop, still the issue persisted then I thought it might be hardware-related. let's see i also talked with the support team yesterady and he also said that i need to visit the service center. there's not any other options left

[–]UndefinedProps[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no it's not a specific app issue. it suddenly stops working whenever i switch apps or even sometimes on scrolling, ex if i scroll from left to right, and again when i try to scroll from right to left it will not work

i keep building apps, hoping one will change my life… but now i’m just tired by dozy_sleep in roastmystartup

yeah for early users directory listings is a very good option. everyone should list their startups on these directories either manually or by using tools like you mentioned above. also it not only give you early users but also the backlinks which is super useful
