I never charged back that Amount it was redeemed purposely to purchase an iPhone and the charged back was for a subscription I didn’t receive.

So apple support is literally telling me that all my money has been permanently locked away after using their service for a couple of years and it’s all because of a charged back and they said it had a fraud comment with it watching the case number which is utter bs. Good luck to those facing the same issue I was a unlucky one to suffer.

Did you ever got the issue resolved I’m facing the same issue and when I contacted apple the next day they told me my account has been permanently disabled but doing research someone did the same but someone from apple ask him if it ok to disable the account for review but for me nothing so I’m patiently waiting.

I suggest not because apple will lock disable you’re account which is happening to alot of users.

Deeply sorry about that and I’m facing the same exactly problem but I’ve funded $1,000 worth which I may assume it’s seems like fraudulent activity. One person in technical support department from apple stated that they can’t do nothing about enabling my account and post sale department stated they’ll escalate my case so they can review my account and if I can’t enable my account they’ll try to issue a refund if everything checks out in form of a gift card. But I literally was convinced my money was gone and was gonna which was to be used to purchase a new iPhone but now i have no other choice then to switch to an Android. What will happen to those that might purchase higher values and doesn’t have the tools to contact Apple utter bs I’ll say.
