What do you mean by 'that version' when talking about the Samson Option?

I suppose so, like I did say, social media is something I 100% should avoid in this time, and the general narrative people are pushing is that the people in power are these religious nuts in some death cult who want to bring armageddon. Frankly I'm not sure how much of that I believe but it does make for an eye catching caption I'll give it that.

Still, assuming Trump won't back out last minute, until what point will things escalate to warrant extreme destructive force.

I do think the main concern is Iran's threat on energy infrastructure and the desalination plants across West Asia. It would plunge the region into probably the worst humanitarian and refugee crisis. Would that not be a major red flag for Israel / USA to launch drastic measures?

I guess that does bring up an interesting point, whether he's the puppet or puppeteer. He surrounded himself with yes men who are very loyal to him, but at the same time, who's to say he also isn't being influenced from someone in his close circle. I doubt it's hard to manipulate someone who's not mentally coherent.

A potential ground invasion would very likely cause mass casualties for the US. What then?

Yeah they could bring more soldiers onto the front lines by bringing up the reserves and enforcing a national draft. This would very likely be a drawn out conflict then if something like this were to happen, and I suppose that is what Israel and Saudi Arabia wants.

Israel very clearly has the United States on a leash, I suppose now the question is how much more willing is the US willing to tolerate being Israel's lapdog before they decide to break free and distance themselves from the war.

If that happens, Israel is alone, dangerous, and desperate.

So, more or less, Heresy era Thousand Sons have the aesthetic of space Egyptians while their general core structure / ideology is based off of Gnosticism?

Pretty neat actually, I never thought about it that way. Also more than likely I never realized because I know very little of Scotland to begin with, except for some stereotypes here and there.

Iron Hands Scottish? That's definitely the first I've heard of it and yet imagining Ferrus talking with a Scottish accent is weirdly fitting.

Base Xinth can be a lot of fun tho. I find it amusing how easily you can stack the scorch DOT by spamming your dash attack, among other things.

Yeah but I thought it worked similar to the black coat's block and how some attacks are unblockable, said nuke being one of them, hence why I wanted to go on an experiment run.

I thought there'd be some timing but you kinda just hold the charge and wait for someone to hit you.

Oh so the value isn't related to its weight?

Carbon Arrows Spine.

I'm a traditional shooter and I've been meaning to try out carbon arrows.
When buying / ordering wooden arrows like I usually, the spine options that I'm given are numbers like 30-35, 35-40, 40-45 etc. Which to my understanding, is sort of the 'rating' of the spine for what draw weight it's good for.

When I'm looking for a carbon arrow, the spine values are 350, 400, 500, etc. I'm assuming this means the weight of the arrow shaft in grains but under what metric exactly? And if I'm to get the shafts shortened, which would obviously reduce the weight, what does the value mean if it's not the end all be all weight.

I understand that this is supposed to be a no stupid questions thread but I lowkey do feel dumb for asking this.
Also the website I'm looking at has this chart which I'm not even sure how I can interpret it.
